After working as part of the High Performance Sports Development Team for the Auckland Blues Rugby Franchise in New Zealand I moved to the United Kingdom and started my own dedicated Personal Training business. I have been operating out of exclusively Private Studios, dedicated to Personal Training and Sports Specific Training in south Liverpool since 2013 and pride myself on providing the best service I can to each and every client.
I provide one to one Personal Training to all my clients that covers in-depth programming based upon their goals and relative analytical findings. At a basic level, this analysis involves assessment of current performance outputs, postural alignment with consideration of the skeletal structure, muscular balance, and neuromuscular performance and efficiency. Once this information is collated a truely specific and scientific programme can be devised for each individual.
To complement all the effort that goes into providing each client with superior and scientific programming, I also work hard to devise a specific nutrition plan to support their efforts during training. Nutrition can be adapted to dramatically increase results for my clients and each plan is devised after specific data is collated. I take into consideration the body composition and deposition of adapose tissue for each client and build a hormone profile that can direct the pathway of a nutrition plan. Together, my clients and I will also collect vital information that will help to shape each individual nutrition plan. Nutrition, like training programmes is not a “one size fits all” approach and in doing so I can continue to provide my clients with quality results.
I hold a Sport Science Degree obtained from New Zealand’s most prestigious Sports University and back this education up with over 12 years of Personal Training and Professional Sports industry experience.
